Dr. Steven Taylor is the Policy Director & Senior Fellow, Economic Mobility at Stand Together Trust, where he leads investment and partnership strategies to reshape workforce participation strategies. In 2024, Taylor was appointed by Gov. Glenn Youngkin to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.
